The Pittsburgh Regional Compact is an employer-driven initiative to grow our region’s workforce collaboratively sponsored by the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, business leaders, educators, students, educational institutions and workforce development organizations across the 10-county Pittsburgh region. Through the Compact, employers and educators become partners working together to improve education and produce the most capable workers thereby creating greater economic prosperity for all in southwestern Pennsylvania.
