The goal of the Pittsburgh Regional Compact is to build partnerships between employers and schools to prepare middle and high school students for the region’s workforce. Schools throughout the region have begun to understand the importance of career education and are seeking to use regional employers as a resource for their students. The Pittsburgh Regional Compact helps schools identify and make contact with employers willing to participate in career education activities with students.

Employers interested in joining should view the Expectations for Compact Employers.
